Terms and Conditions

1. Confirmation

All bookings and provisional until we confirm the booking via email.

2. Deposit

Groups of 8 or more will be required to pay a deposit of £10 per person .This deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. Any no shows for group bookings may lose their deposit money.

3. Guest Numbers

The coffeehouse can only cater for numbers that have pre booked. Please be aware that additional person(s) may not be facilitated.

4. Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel or move the date of a confirmed booking less than 24 hours prior to the booking.  Additionally, should you cancel a confirmed booking on the day; we serve the right to keep the deposit and charge fully for the chosen menu based on the number of guests anticipated.  Charges apply to both lunch and dinner reservations.

5. Menus and Drinks

Almost all of our dishes are prepared in our kitchens where nuts are used. So any dish may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Kindly ask a member of staff if unsure or for any guidance.

No personal food and drink items to be brought inside the restaurant premises.

6. Timings:

Opening Hours are:

  • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday 9:00am – 4:00pm

If specific timings are required for an event, the management must be informed of these in advance.

7. Loss and Damage

We advise all guests, please do not leave any personal belongings unattended at any time. As management will not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings.

8. Invoicing and Accounts

We accept all major credit cards and cheques with a valid cheque guarantee card.

9. Gratuity and Vat

Parties over 8 guests attract a service charge of 10% which will be added to the final bill. All prices quoted include VAT.

10. Offers

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the management reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. On arrival kindly confirm the same from the team .We may change our published rates at any time with or without notice. At certain times of the year our standard rates may not be valid, or be restricted. From time to time we may advertise and publish promotional prices and special offers, together with restrictions that will apply. Such offers are always subject to availability. Will only apply to certain limited days and may be withdrawn at any time with or without notice.

11. Restaurant Rules

Kindly assist your children at all times during your visit at our restaurant. As management does not take any responsibility or liability for any accident occurred with any unattended children during your visit to the restaurant.

We make every effort to have high chair availability for your visit however it is subject to demand and at peak hours we do not guarantee this unless you confirm this requirement at the time of booking.

12. Purpose / Service

This site is intended to provide a simple and convenient service to our customers enabling them to see our menu and place orders with us online. By creating an account, which is free, customers can view and add items from previous orders

13. Changes

We always try to ensure all information given on the website is accurate, but it is subject to change without notice. It is not intended to give rise to any legally binding obligation and may not be considered to make any representation on any matter.

14. Your Status

By placing an order through this site, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
  • You are at least 18 years old.

15. How The Booking Is Formed

When making a booking via our website you must carefully check the booking details prior to clicking the “Request A Booking” button. 

After placing a booking request, you will receive an auto-generated email message acknowledging your request. Subsequently you will receive a phone call or another email either accepting or refusing the order at which point the booking between us is confirmed.

We will contact you should there be any issues with the order to do with but not limited to:

Availability of particular dishes/items
Specific requests you may have made

16. Timing

All transactions are at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any order and are not obligated to give any reason. In exceptional circumstances we may have to change the order details and/or timings for example if we are unable to supply a particular menu item. In this situation you will have the right to cancel the order and if you decide to do so will receive a full refund.

17. Amendment and Cancellation of Bookings

You have the right to change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to the start of your confirmed booking. We reserve the right to refuse changes to the booking once made if it is deemed unreasonable or we cannot fulfil it based on our capacity as a coffeehouse.
